Zhongshan Likco Silicone Products Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales. Our product range includes medical devices, mother and baby products, new energy auto parts, outdoor sports equipment, adult sanitary products, and daily miscellaneous items, serving customers in dozens of countries and regions worldwide. Since its establishment in 2013, the company has adhered to the development philosophy of people-oriented and quality-first, attracting industry talents, continuously promoting technological innovation and quality control. We have a 500-square-meter provincial engineering center and have established strategic partnerships with several domestic university laboratories. We possess independent design, development, and manufacturing capabilities for liquid silicone molds. A customer rapid response center has been established to manage product confirmation, mold development, sample delivery, and mass production delivery with dedicated personnel and projects, ensuring efficiency and high quality, which have been widely praised.

The company is located in the High-tech Electronic Base of Torch Development Zone, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, with a self-built factory area of 20,000 square meters and a four-story 100,000-class cleanroom. We have obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO13485 Medical Device Management System certifications, as well as the national industrial product production license (QS). The company utilizes advanced German Arburg precision injection equipment and technology, currently owning more than 100 sets of advanced production equipment, including 10 German-imported Arburg machines. To ensure quality control, we have developed a professional ERP system that monitors every process in real-time, from raw material inspection to finished product dispatch, detailing each product’s production information traceability. With an innovative technological approach, clean production environment, and proactive service attitude, we are dedicated to perfecting every detail for our customers.

2013

Established Like Silicone Company

In the early stages of the company's founding, Zhongshan Likeluo Silicone Products Co., Ltd.
was officially registered in March 2013. Initially, there were only six employees and one piece
of equipment, and funds were in short supply. However, several founders had a passion for the silicone industry and had unlimited expectations.

2014-2018

Focus on operating in the baby and child industry

Steady Development Period: After nearly a year of exploration,
the company identified the baby industry and focused on research
and development of technology and vigorously developed the market.
It gradually reached strategic cooperation with well-known domestic and
international baby brands, and within five years, it had 30 silicone injection
molding equipment and developed to 200 employees.

2018

Obtained ISO13485 certification and entered the medical device industry.

Industry Upgrade Period: After five years of development, the team has accumulated certain technical and
management experience. The company has decided to move towards the development of higher-end medical
device industry and has quickly obtained ISO13485 medical device quality system. Now, it has reached strategic
cooperation with the three most well-known domestic medical device enterprises.

2020

Upgraded equipment, introducing German Arburg machines

Industry Upgrade Period: In order to meet customer demands, the company introduced the
industry's top equipment (ARBURG) in 2020, focusing on the research and development of
overmolding technology to serve customers with high-quality requirements.

2023

Planning and establishing a technology industrial park.

Comprehensive Planning Period: Ten years of development is not the end, but a new starting
point. In 2023, the company will be stationed in a high-tech industrial park with independent
property rights, and will carry out comprehensive planning and layout in all aspects such as
business philosophy, team building, and high-precision equipment. We strive to make Likeluo
Silicone an industry benchmark in the next ten years.
